Statement on Corporate Governance
Overview
Cagamas Holdings Berhad and two subsidiaries in the Group have adopted board charters based on the provisions of the Bank Negara Malaysia Corporate Governance 2016 policy document for financial institutions, as guiding principles. These charters provide guidance to the directors by setting out the terms of reference of the boards, board committees, the Code of Ethics for directors and the roles of the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer.
